Park Avenue Travel, catering to upscale luxury leisure travel, has been a family owned business for more than 20 years. To enhance our product offerings and to be able to cater to every one of our clients wishes we are members of the Virtuoso network. Virtuoso, is a by-invitation-only group of elite travel agents that has special relationships with the world’s best luxury travel suppliers. Park Avenue Travel offers its agents membership in the elite Virtuoso network. Virtuoso travel agents represent the top 1% of all travel agents. Through our network our agents have the ability to connect with the decision makers of the worlds best suppliers. No other network, no other agency, can get what we can get for our clients. - Virtuoso.Net: Our agents have access to Virtuoso's password-protected online database, providing front-line consultants with real-time, worldwide information and resources.
- Sabre Access: Park Avenue Travel accesses Sabre through a special CRS contract between Sabre and Virtuoso, which provides members with low segment production requirements, flexible terms, a wide range of choices and reduced contract periods, thus permitting members to concentrate on selling travel rather than producing segments.
- Virtuoso Institute: Empowers agents with knowledge by training owners, managers and front-line consultants on Virtuoso's programs and services, offers supplier and product training, exclusive educational trips and Virtuoso's own agent accreditation program.
- Virtuoso Meetings & Events: Travel Mart - an annual travel industry summit for networking, developing new business and building relationships; The International Symposium - brings global Virtuoso partners and members together at an international destination; Regional Meetings - focus on issues that are relevant to a specific region of the country.
- Virtuoso Specialist Program: Virtuoso strongly believes that consumer leads generated into the network should be routed to the most appropriate Virtuoso sales consultant by level of product knowledge and expertise. Park Avenue’s agents work with management to create specialist profiles so that Virtuoso created leads will be directed to them.

- Technology Services: Park Avenue Travel has contracted with a tech support company that ensures all of our agents technology problems (whether remote or in the office) are fixed swiftly and promptly. Through our proprietary system a technician will be able to remotely fix your software issue in a matter of minutes as opposed to hours or days. If hardware is an issue parts will be replaced the next business day. This benefit is standard to all who work for Park Avenue Travel, whether you are a home based agent or work in one of our offices computer problems are a thing of the past.
- Premiere Software: Our agents have access to the best software and data via our VPN(Virtual Private Network) This enables secure access to data from Sabre, ClientBase, MS Outlook Virtuoso Net, and our own Park Avenue Net (our office intranet service). MS Office and Adobe products make marketing, desktop publishing and color printing easy. Through our enterprise agreement, our agents are assured that they will always be on the forefront of software technology.
- Dedicated Marketing Planning: Our management staff works one on one with each agent to create comprehensive marketing plans. This step by step process helps narrow the field of opportunity to a focused concise plan of growing and building your business. By utilizing all of the marketing opportunities the industry has to offer our agents have a clear path to success.
- Marketing Support: In combination with Virtuoso our agents have access to agent personalized, supplier marketing on their behalf. Postcards, periodicals, emails, and private websites all with individual names are created through our marketing engine.
